These terms cover this website and the waitlist. They do not cover the Rapport app, which is not released and will have its own agreement.
Joining the waitlist means you have asked to be told when access opens. It is free, it is not a purchase, and it does not create an account.
A place on the list is not a guarantee of access. We invite people in the order they joined, and we may decline to invite anyone.
We intend to offer the first five hundred members who accept an invitation and subscribe a price of $49.99 per year, held at that price for as long as their subscription stays active. The count is real and it is not reset.
That price includes 8 hours of recording a month. Recording past 8 hours is billed on top of it, at $0.70 an hour today, and a month stops at 80 hours.
Three honest limits. First, nothing is charged until the app is released, you accept an invitation, and you subscribe through Apple; until then no price is locked because no purchase exists. Second, the lock covers price, not features: what is included in a plan may change over time across all tiers. Third, the lock covers the $49.99 and nothing else: the included hours, the rate past them, and the monthly stop are terms of service, and we may change them with notice.
A release date. Any specific feature. That the product will suit you. This site describes what we are building, and building carries the ordinary risk that plans change.
The product is not released, so it records nothing today. The rule it is built to is that a conversation is recorded only with the agreement of everyone in it, and only where recording is lawful. Nothing on this site records anything. The demonstration on this page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
The interactive moments on this site are illustrative. They are not the product, they do not use the product's method, and no score shown on this site is a real measurement of you.
